Modular Configurator
I’ve been working on creating a basic t/shirt block, creating variations of the style were I have further used the modular configurator. This is the first time that I have used the configurator so I have been watching tutorials on CLO3D youtube website to understand how it works. I initially had some errors with the sewing of the garments when I was selecting the available options but once I understood the issue I have been able to rectify and it is all working well now. I have chose to use this as it was an area I had little understanding and it has been interesting to understand the benefits of using a system like this. I have used this work to build an area of the concept website where I want to show how a custom made on demand model could work. This is part of the project that I want to get finished by this week so I can fully move onto the design of the main collection.
Logging the development
To keep on top of everything and to see what I have created I have started to create boards for all my development work with the inclusion of annotations and imagery to highlight where my ideas have come from. I find it very helpful to see my developments set out this way, especially when everything I am creating is digital.
