Presenting the research
The MA Digital Fashion group presented their work and research to date and it was interesting to see what everyone has been working on and to see the direction that they are taking. I was happy to present my work as talking over it helps to instil my thoughts and vision, I feel that there is a contrast between my research which I see as being practical and others have gone on a personal journey, maybe this is something that is lacking within my research? I do however feel I am starting to understand what the final business model needs to look like and I have been mind mapping what I feel this should include and what it should look like.

Putting my learning into practice
I have put my learning in CLO3D to practice this week where I have worked for two days for a womenswear company who required me to sew the digital patterns (supplied by them), style them add prints and pose the avatars alongside rendering the final garments. This has really challenged my learning and I have had to reflect back on some of my workshop pages I previously created and also watch a few additional tutorials, especially on how to create ties and bows (these have been the biggest challenge) I have been pleased with the finished work.
Dissertation
I have started writing my dissertation after putting together some chapter titles, I have used my research to help inform me to the content and order, as I feel I have set it out in a order that I’d like to follow which allows for a clear and structured flow of information. I have been able to make good progress which I feel is due to the amount of research I have undertaken from the courses that I have enrolled on, webinars I have attended, literature I have read and through searching through numerous reports and online sources.
